I have a rare lung disease that restricts my breathing. I spoke with my doctor and he wants me to lose 70 lbs. I haven't weighed less than 200 lbs for 30 years (since I was pregnant with my 1st child). I know with the encouragement of my husband, I can lose some weight. I'm staying positive.
