I am so very ready to get back into the swing of things. Watching portions, counting calories and getting active. Ellie wakes me every couple hours at night and I've had a headach since she was born, so I feel like being lazy most of the time. We do have appointments several days a week, so at least I'm getting up and out for those. My goal this week is to clean house for 15 minutes at a time 2 of 3 times a day. I'd canceled my gym membership a few months ago, I just couldn't justify it knowing I would be limited gor the first month or soand after that I wouldn't leave Ellie long enough to go into town to work out. when she is old enough for the on site child care or if I decide to start pumping, I will rejoin. In the meantime, I've got yoga DVDs a WII fit and a growing baby to play with for excersize. I was 258 when I went into labor, after my water broke. I was 238 at the midwife's office yesterday. 234 at home though. My first goal is to get my activity in every day. Next week, I will set a new goal, probably to record everything. I've really missed FS and although I've been neglecting my computer lately ( it's been on 1x in the last 2 weeks. ) I look forward to getting back into the practice of signing in and checking out the forums and journals. If ur reading this, please help me stay on track!
