Morning Everyone,

Wanna ask you something!

Today i've done my own Flavored Water (Orange Cubes, Ginger slices and Lemon slices)

What do you think? is it okay to mix these 3 ingredents togather if i have a colon problems????



How i feel:

I dont really feel good, my trainer stopped working at the gym i used to go too, so i stopped going there, but i actually workout at home,buuut it doesnt feel like working out in the gym under a supervision.

So i feel like im screw in eating alot of things may be in small portions but even thou i feel guilty after eating.

I dont want to weight now at all cuz i know i'll be shocked may be after losing 13 Kg --28 pounds.

Aghhhhhhhhh i hate the feeling im feeling now.

If by colon problems you mean IBS then you should avoid citrus fruits especially oranges, lemons, and grapefruit.

The orange cubes may or may not give you a bit of indigestion. Check out "Food Combining" to see what is okay to mix. Though, if you're not actually eating the orange cubes, it should be okay.
