I am half way through this ab challenge but I'm not seeing any results. That is ok though because this was also to get me into exercising due to my hypothyroidism.

I can tell you one thing I'm liking the yoga more and more. Just need to find a class near me and on weekends.

Now I just need to stop finding all those yummy recipes I want to make.
