it is called over training and it happen to everyone what you can do is to take it easy on ypur self for a few days or even weeks and focus on your other goals but than when you are back at gym try to have a better workout plan to maybe your body kinda get adapated to what you are training

klo ak pernah gt jg dl..overtraining sis..sinyal tubuh lg jenuh itu..istirahat dl ngegym,,bs ganti or lain atau lakuin hobby yg disukain atau makan bebas 1 hari buat moodbooster biar happy

@prosche @morta @bubble iyaahh kak… kayaknya lgi di titik jenuh ini… tapi klo ga olahraga kayak ada yg kurang.. ini aq mau nyoba jogging sore ini.. tapi misal g gym gtu takut otot nyusut juga..
