3hari kmarin aq makan kayak orang binge eating… dan 3 hari itu jg aq tnpa workout… knpa aq ngrasa lengan aq tambahh gede bgttt yah…apakah klo qta istrahat gym angkat beban emang bikin kayak gtu??
