day off coming up. yay. since david isnt getting any work iv been working as many days as i can pick up. this is good for me because im very busy and not a short walk from the fridge all the time so i tend to stick to my meal plan because thats what i packed. also dave is taking care of most of the house work which is great. so with a day off coming up im going to attempt, once again, to have a few drinks without it turning into 8 drinks and skipping dinner. that leads to gurgely guts the next day that leads to over eating and carb craving. so just two drinks before dinner. im thinking i might run a nice warm bath and put a dvd on the portable dvd player. nice. and then get around in my robe for the rest of the day. have a good weekend all
