semenjak awal nimbang sampai skrg ± baru turun 6kg, awal mei sekitar 60 kg, sekarang ±54 kg, untuk workout aku ikut program Chloe Ting yaa (ikut full program kira" baru sebulan lebih ini, sebelumnya olahraga ringan" atau 1-2 video aja perharinya; ohiya aku seminggu wo nya 3-5x ya)
