Let's see..this is day 4 i think and i hope that I'm doing well with this? I feel good about this diet and thursday i will be weighting myself for the first time. I'm crossing my fingers and praying with my Gods help I will suceed in this journey. I feel pretty good ..not as tired and have more energy its hard to believe it works so fast. And my blood sugar is back to normal numbers.....wow is all I can say...
