You can try time restriction eating. You don’t fast for long. Not eating too close to bed time. And eating meals spaced out and avoiding snacking. Just doing 3 meals a day. Even though you eat the same amount of calories. You tend to drop more weight when you allow your food to digest and not constantly eating. Some will argue that small meals throughout the day will help speed up your metabolism. But it’s not the case when you have insulin resistance or have an autoimmune disease. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I hope you find what works for you, and see the scale number move down each week💖

@Untea_61, that’s amazing 🤩 👏🏼, I think a lot of us lost our way during this pandemic, especially during the first lockdown. Luckily we adapt to our new normal. You can definitely do it 💪🏼

I think 1200 calories is too low given your current weight. What worked for me was trying eating not more than 2100 calories a day and as weeks went by, I would decrease my caloric intake. I now can manage to consume about 1500-2000 a day and still lose weight. 1200 calories is not sustainable and you stand a chance of binge eating at some point. No lies, I've tried it before as well but lasted for a week then realized it's not working for me. I wish you well on your weight-loss journey
