Morning everyone. Yesterday was my FIRST cheat meal in FOREVER. We had a braai and my boyfriend visited and I overindulged way too much. Today I am so tempted to get takeout or something, but I'm forcing myself to get back on track. Hopefully I make it. Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday!! 😁❤💚

I have gotten to the point where a cheat meal once every 2nd weekend is not something I try beat myself up for too much. And I actually think it does the body good. I won't weigh myself for a few days after because I also know it makes you retain extra water, and I also tend to slack a bit on water drinking over the weekend 🥴 but all in all because this has really become my lifestyle now I try remember that if I want to be able to do this forever a cheat in moderation every now and then isn't just "OK" it's almost "mandatory"

I completely agree with WaistAway87. I do a light cheat day once every 2 weeks where I allow myself to enjoy some of the guilty pleasures that I wouldn't be able to fit into my daily calories, unless it's in a very small portion. It's a great mental break and a way to keep on track because I know it's coming :P

Thank you so much WaistAway87 and Nicolkosky! I did have a cheat day yesterday too, we went out for lunch and then got Krispy Kreme. I'm back on track today and steered clear from the scale, don't want to disappoint myself. Helps to know that I'm not the only one who overindulges.. I feel so guilty tho, that I don't even come onto the app on days where I'm off track. 😂😂😂😂 hope your weekends were great!

I get the feeling 🥴🥴 sometimes I have to remind myself that whether I track the cheat or not my body knows even if the app doesn't 🙈 I feel like I want it to look perfect (my records) then I feel better but I have to remind myself I would only be lying to myself anyway 🤭🤣

I don't even think about coming on the app on those days 😂 I also feel guilty but it does me a world of good. I'm glad you enjoyed it and hopefully it will help motivate you to stay on track for a good while again :)
