This has been an incredibly tough week for me. So many stressors. Nothing went as planned.
Amazingly, I found myself "giving up" and actually stress-eating! I didn't go to the gym once, so you know it's bad 😮
It's just for this week though. The pattern ends tomorrow night with a good night's sleep in preparation for a busy Monday.
I've got my finger hovering over the reset button and I'm just enjoying this last couple days of tamping down the stress by loosening my belt and resting my muscles.
Next week, I'm putting my foot down and it's go time!

Poor Chris! Some days you eat salads and go to the gym, some days you eat cupcakes and refuse to put on pants. It's called balance, so enjoy your last bit of no pants day.😁
