starting over..its been months since I quit my dieting., gained over 20 lbs and now I've got to get some weight off and exercise more.. 30 min a day on the treadmill and 1600 cal or less a day is the effort I'M GOING to try..My sugar has to come down or I'll be into the injections, and I'd like to stay on the pills.. 7.4 was my last test and I need to get around 6.5 to be okay. So this is my first day.....good luck to me...
