🥳🎉now the fun begins, we’ll soon. My plan has been to start introducing core work once I dropped into the 30’s. Well here I am . 😜. In mid Aug I will return to the gym and start semi-regular use of the rowing machine. I can’t wait for that.
On another note, my wife is getting insecure with my weight loss. Making comments like don’t lose too much, etc. I can’t stop now, but it will be a challenge to help her deal with her emotions. I had hoped my success might be a motivator for her, but that hasn’t been the case. She has underlying health issues that preclude her from any real significant activity. She has some hard decisions to make about her health.
So don’t be surprised if I ask for help in that area.
