Trying to lose after my wonderful vacation, a lot to eat on a cruise. Gained 10 lbs. now finally back on track and working on it (took me a month to get back on track)
92.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
