i have been going way overboard on the sodium and i didn't even realize it i had over 4000 mg of sodium the other day without even noticing i hadn't even been calculating my sodium intake no wonder i have slowed down a little on the weight loss it is because i have turned myself into a human pickle !!! at least i have been drinking enough water lately.
