Today is day 1 of Qivana Metaboliq 90 day transformation. My cousin & mother went half's on it. Here is hoping it ups my metabolism like they say it does. I am still counting calories and doing my usual thing except incorporating their products into my diet. I have lost 16 pounds on my own and I really don't think I need it for my weight loss. But my cousin seemed to really want me to give it a try....so here is day one!
