Doing ok with my diet, keeping track of what I eat helps , I'll know how I'm doing on thur. when I weigh in . The exercise I did today sure makes me tired . Had a surprise visit today at the gym the lady that tough me the exercise routine showed up , I took over her classes and I'm the instructor,it was good to see her I hope she is going to come back .I know she can't do the classes any more but it would be good for her to be in it .
