I am back in the game (again) - just feel way to uncomfortable - hate that. I am also going to try to give up coffee. I didn't start drinking until age 28 (after my first daughter was born). I use to like the extra energy it gave me in the morning, but now i realize that it is causing me to eat more and/or drink more soda in the afternoon when the energy level falls. I think I can manage my diet better if I am not starting out the morning with caffeine. So today I had my last coffee.
