Disini ada yg smaa kyak aq g sih… wajib bgt harus menuhi kebutuhan protein perhari .. 2 x BB = …gram,, kalo aq minimal 102g protein perhari.. tiap hari aq konsum whey protein.. dan yg paling membantu bgt untuk penuhin protein aq jg dari dada ayam ini…
