second day using the app. went over my allowance on day one which is normal as i ate a per usage to have an idea of my intake. ordered my WTF book and should arrive end of the week. eating a muffin this am as i had one in fridge and was not going to waste it.. once I have recipe book next week I ll find bread alternative
