So I had a bit of a "cheat" day yesterday. Not like I had a slab of chocolate or bag of chips, but I had a bit more calories for the day than I would normally have :) I'm beginning to get the flu, and really had to force myself out of bed this morning for my morning routine taebo but I did it!! My head & throat are killing me, but this will not bring me down. I will and can do this

Lol... they say you should sometimes go over your calorie count every now and then so that your body doesnt get use to it and plateau - you will probably find it did you more good than hard. Although... doing Taebo when you have the flu is not such a good idea. Exercising when you are sick puts too much strain on your body. Rather take a couple of days off and get better.

I think I will feel better when the scale drops below 70 :) Even it is only 69.9. I will take it easy this week. Thank you
