Weekend first time ever, no soda, (yes to carbonated water) no fast food, realizing dont sleep as much on weekends, reduced sleep reduces resistance to eat bad. Also going plant based, watched a documentary of pro athletes, one meal, meat breakfast burrito, and two hours later the the blood check was nasty, fatty stuff in blood, by a doctor. The plant based burrito blood plasma did not look like bacon grease, looked healthy. Plant based athletes also lead the world in MMA, endurance, and mad cardio. Still like meat, just getting away from it.

I unconsciously lean toward plant based. I have to plan meat into my day to raise my protein levels for the day. Sometimes the meat is good but sometimes it feels like it just "sits there"! Ugh. No brown sodas for 7(?) years for me. An occasional Sprite when I need a sugar boost or no other options. You're doing awesome!
