Began initial weight loss around January 22, 2014. I weighed 212 pounds when I cut sweets out of my diet (got so sick of them during the holidays, I couldn't stand to look at 'em anymore!) Lost 7 pounds before beginning Atkins on March 1.

I've lost 37 pounds total as of June 7, 2014. My current weight is 175 and my initial goal weight is between 165 and 160.

I exercise daily... 2.5 miles fast walking with my trusty, high-energy Golden Retriever (after tossing the ball for her over and over and over and over again! :-) ) On days that it's too hot here in Las Vegas, we'll play awhile at the park, and I'll do Zumba or Shaun T's Rockin' Beach Body DVDs or workout 1/2 an hour on my elliptical machine. I much prefer being able to do our walk... Sunshine, nice breeze in the trees, blue skies and my tunes to set a great pace.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
