Back from vacation with my family
I definitely thought I gained weight bc I was forced to eat at least three meals with my parents every day (most of the time at a restaurant) and they monitored closely how much I actually consumed - gave me snacks when they felt like it was too little and more. It was a nice break from my usual habits but I’m kinda glad I’m home now and am able to control what I eat again. (+more home cooked meals are gonna be nice to have)
57 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
