Tomorrow is my big day!! I can’t wait!! It’s been a difficult few weeks. In 2018 my eldest child, eldest daughter had been out of work quite awhile and finally got a government clerical job that had three shifts. It was a 6 months temp job but if they were happy with her she had a chance at permanent employment. They were very strict about cell phones, so she begged us all not to call as her shift changed daily. We saw Julie on Father’s Day. She looked fabulous. The picture of health. On June 20th she went to the ER with stomach problems, but down played it to us. On the 21st she went to a Urgent Care center near her apartment but again down played it as nothing much. None of us heard from her, but with her job and the crazy shifts she had, and how fearful she was of receiving and calls or texts. Plus Julie had a habit of leaving her phone in her purse in the closet when she was home. We never heard on Julie on her favorite Holiday, The Fourth of July. She never answered her door , and even though her car was there we thought perhaps she was visiting a neighbor. Then on July 11th the day after her 37th birthday, we received a call from the police department telling us Julie was found unresponsive. I thought that meant she was on a coma. No she was gone. So between Father’s Day and after my Julie’s Birthday , I tend to get a bit sad. Please think good thoughts for me 1 o’clock tomorrow!! And Bless you all on your journeys!!👍
