erstmals mehr Gewicht seit Start des Programms, heute wieder ins Training, solange der Fettanteil sinkt und Muskelmasse steigt ist das in Ordnung.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
