I lost another 2 pounds today! I am on OWL and have brought my net carbs grad. from 20 to 30. So far so good! I thank God He has given me the willpower and desire to do this. I also thank God for all my FS buddies walking this path before me after me and with me!
86.3 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
