oh dear. can you say blow out. had beer for dinner last night and boy does it stack up the cals. i was a bit shocked i must admit. also not supported by much exercise as we were having a rainy day in with a movie. never mind. medicating my hangover and getting back on the wagon. had a walk already and hopefully do a workout later. although i am running out of time. still got some house work to do.
