I've always done the "quick fix" diet.. but everytime seem to bounce back with five more pounds then when I started and after two years of yo yo dieting I find myself 30 pounds heavier than I've ever been! None of my clothes fit, and I refuse to buy a new wardrobe because I can't put the fork down. It's time to look at this as a lifestyle and not a diet.. I've learned I can't deny myself everything, I have to give and take or I'll binge. In reality, two thin mint cookies isn't that bad-what is bad is when I don't let myself have them and then eat 1500 calories worth of ben and jerrys in a sitting. GAH! Gotta shop smart, cook more and get off my butt!
