I cant say I've been perfect this week but I've a bit o my plate for all sides. Yes, I give myself more wiggle room when things get crazy but I didn't gain anything so I can't say I did badly this week! Besides tonight I'm throwing the kids in the chariot and biking to McDonald's tonight if I can handle it. It would be fun and likely not make me feel like I'm in anyway cheating myself.
