I went back to bruning 500 cals with cardio. I was told I was doing it too much, then I stopped losing weight when I stopped and cu it down to 300, so lets see if I interval my cardio, it works out for me. My body is just resiting weight loss and I don't know why.

Walking 1.25 mile at 3.5 mph is about 200 cals
Eliptical Interval, heart rate 125-130, 20 mins: 300 cals

Then, as always, weights. That should burn 100 or so...

It has been hard. I couldn't even imagine doing this amt 6 days a week, bleh. I like my Yoga class on Sundays :)

ur supposed to burn 500 cals with cardio. ideally everyday. otherwise the weightloss will be less than a pound a month. but good job. keep at it.

As long as you feel good, there is no reason you can't work out with that schedule. When your body starts feeling exhausted instead of energized, then it's time to rest. If you do strength training then you need to rest certain muscles every other day. Great job!
