Weight hasn't gone down in 2 weeks, although I'm sure it's due to muscle. My bodyfat percentage and my waist size have both gone down in 2 weeks. My belt actually no longer fits me on the last loop and I bought this thing no more than 3 months ago.
My office is starting a "live healthy" competition on the 28th. Teams of 2-10 people all throughout the corporation. Myself and a bunch of people from the office formed a team. I don't think we'll lose most weight lost since we have some smaller people on the team, but I think we can win most active. I'm going to show them fatsecret and try to coach them through a lot of the same things I did when I first started losing weight, it should be fun!
