Personal best tonight on the treadmill.. 3.4 mph for 2o minutes
Still kind discouraged whenever I see myself in the mirror at the exercise room-- just seeing all of the flab that I have.. I know it is being burned off.. and it took years for it to be added on to my body..
But I will not let that stop me to continue to walking and biking... :-D
