Yesterday I ate so much, I'm not sure if it's my menstrual cycle 🔄
But I was craving all sorts of junk food. Thankfully I decided to go for a 5km jog the morning before I started eating all this 😑
I haven't weighed myself in 2weeks but most of my old clothing started fitting again 😇🤞🏼 Which gives me hope.
I can't wait for the gyms to open again, I miss working out in there, it gives me a sense of responsibility towards for filling my weight loss Goal.
