pagi ini udah terasup 1600 kcal. alhamdulillah. sarapan ke-2 gudeg terenak se surabaya,gudeg kangen jogja +/- 1300kcal karena nasi 2 wkkk. dulu awal2 diet takut amat lebih dr bmr dikit. makan ga kurang dr 1800 sd maks 2000. skrg tdee 2800~2900. alhmdlillah
