I'm feeling down at the moment,and just want to give up:( Hubby and daughter had Mcdonalds for supper and I came home to make myself some fish and veggies.I can see the difference but I crave my unhealthy eating habits a bit too much tonight.I will keep strong and not get beaten this time
72.9 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
