What a rollercoaster ride the last month has been. I am definitely an emotional eater and crave sugar as soon as I have very high stress going on. With a best friend going into premature labour and delivering the baby at 30 weeks. They need to be in public hospital, and they are not close so we can help. My line of work in hospitality on hold again, worrying about money and work. My mom testing positive for Covid and I need to loom after them, shopping, cooking and making sure they both are 100% Then I got diagnosed with an over active thyroid. Researching everything about that but so many mixed information, I need to find what will work for me and figure out what medication will work. So with all of that I have not been countingcalories
