Getting geared up for the lean machine ghallenge.. doing at least 1/2 hour carido daily. Didnt feel like exercising today but managed 1/2 hour anyway. Because i had the idea of the challenge in my mind i pushed on. Tried eating 'dinner' at lunch today. So tonight I eat light. Hope it doesnt backfire and end up eating two dinners!!
