10 weeks ago to the day, i set a goal for myself to lose 10 lbs in 10 weeks. Each week i worked to cut one pound. My friends said that was gonna be tough for someone my size. I got on the scale for my weigh in - perfectly 10lbs down in 10 weeks. woohoo!
