I noticed that if I don't drink green tea in the morning I want to eat all day/all night. Non-stop grazing. Always hungry, always craving. In the last month my habit of drinking tea has fallen off drastically. It wasn't only green tea in the morning, but at night I would drink my Sleepy Time tea. I am going to try to go back on tea for a month and see how it goes. Crossing my fingers.
