I find it very easy to have a restricted calorie diet when 1 of my 3 meals are either very small or cut out completely.
So every morning on the way to work I get a cappuccino from KFC and have that with either a 500 calorie breakfast max or a herbal life chocolate bar. So far it is the best bar I have tasted. Does not taste like powder.
Lunch is then really easy to leave out. I’ll just have a coffee again. But sometimes a small lunch because my biggest meal of the day is supper.

I agree... I'm not a big breakfast eater and keeping busy during the day makes it really easy to skip lunch, freeing up a lot of calories for dinner and a snack 🥨
