starting to miss my Special K cereal, I definitely prefer it to the müsli I get here (müsli isn't bad but yeah... also I has 230 kcal for one portion and my special K cereal has 114)

anyways so apart from the nachos yesterday I'm doing quite well with the sweets & junkfood challenge :)

my uncle is taking me gliding today, last time we went I was too small for him to take me up with him so I just had to wait for him to come back down but this time he'll take me up aswell :3 I hope it won't be too rainy and muddy I only have my favourite rly clean blue chucks with me Dx

update later if we don't die in a plane crash :D

didn't crash :D I actually did quite well had to rise quite a bit to get some thermals but at 3800 ft I tok over and andy taught me how to steer & stuff :)

had a burned tomato and cheese toast at the gliding club (was the healthiest option...) and Itried some diet coke, I used to hate diet coke but after drinking only water for 3 weeks the taste wasn't that bad so I guess I'll get used to it, not rly healthy but better than regular coke and less boring than plain water (I have a rly good taste so I can taste all the minerals and stuff in water, not very yummy :c also for some reason home made ice cubes taste rly weird if u make them from tap water and let them melt and then drink both the one that was frozen tastes slightly weird. sry I'm bored XD)

anyways I stood around a lot and helped people launch at the gliding club (which basically means holding the wings up while they are being towed and running next to them) so that'll have to count as exercise today because I'm super tired and don't have any time for exercise today :c
probs going swimming with mom the next few days though :)

yeah driving to my mom & dads house tomorrow after lunch and maybe going for a bike ride with my uncle before that if we can find a 2nd bike :D going to teach my mom how to make healthy food for herself and then add loads of meat and cheese to it so that my dad will eat it, then she won't have to eat dads unhealthy food anymore (I'm pretty good at disguising veggies as unhealthy food) :D I won't be able to change dad though but he has a so good metabolism that he is pretty slim even though he eats for 2.

thank you :3 it was pretty cool apparently I'm a natural, it was my first flight and I didn't only manage to steer curves on my first try but I also manaed to steer and balance the tip of the glider with the feet thingies :D just repeating what my uncle said he was super proud and bragged to everyone else abou it XD
