1700 calories for a sedentary life. I picked that because I normally work out and for work from home I’m standing pretty much all day not much else. I know if I cut my calories to low that can have bad affect but at this point I’m not sure that matters. I was eating 1450 and again the scale does nothing but go up. I was told your body needs a set amount of calories just to function and if your more active you should eat more
