Today was a good day! It started out good last night. I still had some points left and I had just bought a box of weight watchers bars. It was 1030 at night and I was on my way down stairs and i had turned around mid walk. Even though i had the points left it was late, and I didn't need to eat them...I wasn't even really hungry!

So this morning, the kids were still sleeping and I found myself working out with Sharon Mann doing kick boxing. Normally I would enjoy the quiet watching the news, but I decided to get up and do something.

I made it to the gym already too. I normally have to wait until my husband comes home from work, but he came home early today so I decided to go and get it over with.

I also decided to weight myself today..I know it hasn't even been a full week of dieting (tomorrow will be), but I couldn't wait. That is one of my biggest downfalls when dieting...I weight myself TOOOO MUCH!! Today it was a good thing, I had lost 4lbs! I had also weighed myself in the afternoon instead of the am, so maybe that means that I have really lost 5lbs..
