i had late night snack of almonds. i had dinner around 5:30pm, went to italian class. i got home , wide awake and hungry. so ate almonds. i think almonds are messing up my stomach bc i had some not perfect BMs (I know TMI) but BMs are so important in knowing how well you're digesting food. Walked yesterday, rode the day before (wonder if this is making me hungry) and going to start core strength workouts today. haven't weighed myself in a few days. probably bc i know i gained.
