-gulmer 1sdm/sesuai selera aja, gapake gpp
-ketumbar 3,5sdm
-merica 1sdt
-baput 3 siung-bamer 7 siung
-air asam jawa 4sdm
-garam secukupnya

sambal tomat :
-bamer 3siung, baput 1siung, garem kasar dikit, ulek.
-baru tambahin cabe rawit merah 5, rawit ijo 10, ulek kasar.
-terakhir tambahin tomat 2buah iris kasar, terus ulek bentar. kalo udah siram jeruk nipis/limau sepengennya aja
