Today, so far so good. I find myself reaching for the kids goldfish or chips with out even thinking. Today though I was able to stop my hand before it made its way into the bag. Not that one chip would kill me, but I can NOT do just one chip, so for me, right now, I need to stay away. I may even do some floor exercizes when the kids take a nap today and then go to the gym when my husband gets home. Trying to hold off as long as possible on the scale. I have been working out so much I don't want to get upset with muscle weight when I want to be seeing those numbers go down so badly.
