Finally the weather cooperated so I was able to go out for a walk after work. I walked for about 40 minutes. I am slow...but it is moving...which is better than the recliner.
Then I also planted four pots of flower plants out in my garden. Always something to do this time of the year.

I love to work in the garden. Got my tomatoes in, beans and lots of lettuce just now starting to come up.

Walking & gardening are two fun Springy-Summery type things that I love to do too! I've started growing things on our back porch, as the deer eat everything we plant in our garden areas. I have radishes, chives, green beans & peas planted so far, & 1 or 2 more things I can't remember right now. I need to get out there & plant some more. Losing our little Yorkie Minnie & her babies really threw us a curve last week, but now I'm ready to get back to being serious about losing weight, & about getting some things growing in our back porch garden. Have fun gal!

Great job K! So happy for you to get out and about. Walking feels so good! I've got all my plants in pots but don't think my garden seedlings are going to make it. They are barely surviving. Hope you get another chance to walk this week!
