yes, please share what kind of dressing. looks like a oil/vinegar base. I will make something similar for sure when I reincorporate beans into my life.

Balela Salad
From www.allrecipes.com sister5design’s recipe
Original recipe yields 10 servings. I only make half the recipe. I didn’t add parsley. I didn’t bother to use a blender to mix the dressing.
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup (packed) chopped fresh mint
½ cup (packed) chopped fresh parsley
½ cup chopped onion
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Dressing:
1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
salt and ground black pepper to taste

I’ll definitely have to make this- just bought chickpeas and some beans have been living in my cupboard for a while now.
